Mr. Irvine focuses his practice on mining, energy, natural resources, public lands, wildlife, and environmental law. With a background in geology and mineral economics, he provides his mining, energy, and natural resources clients with sound advice based on his technical understanding of their industries. On public lands, wildlife, and environmental matters, he has extensive experience working with federal and state agencies to resolve a variety of regulatory compliance and permitting issues. In addition, Mr. Irvine frequently litigates environmental and natural resources cases in federal and state courts.
Mr. Irvine is admitted to practice law in federal and state courts in Colorado and Wyoming; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; the U.S. Court of Federal Claims; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
